Hi, I’m Seraphine, a designer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a background in graphic design, currently focusing on UI/UX to create more meaningful, user-centered experiences.
With 5 years of experience in an IT agency, I’ve worked on various tech projects including websites, mobile apps, kiosks, POS systems and so on. I enjoy using innovative design to solve real-world problems, it's what gives me a true sense of achievement.

2020 - Present
UIUX & Graphic Design
I’ve expanded my design journey into the tech space, working on projects such as websites, mobile apps, kiosks, and POS systems. I design mockups tailored to each project’s goals and collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user engagement. I also build simple websites using WordPress, bringing designs to life through basic development and content integration.
In addition, I’ve contributed to branding projects by crafting brand stories, developing mood boards, and designing cohesive collaterals like logos, stationery, and promotional materials to support a consistent visual identity.
2017 - 2019
Graphic Design
I started my career in advertising and multimedia agencies, creating impactful graphic designs for both print and digital media including brochures, posters, social media posts, logos, name cards and so on. I worked closely with marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts and bring design ideas to life.
2015 - 2017
Diploma in Graphic Design
I graduated from Dasein Academy of Art with a Diploma in Graphic Design, where I built a strong foundation in visual communication and creative problem-solving.
